In 1995 Leon was head hunted by Bellway Homes (Urban Renewal) Ltd to set up a Midlands Office, specifically aimed at the regeneration of contaminated land and inner city sites.

Prior to Leon leaving Bellway to join the Parkridge Group, his Bellway office was constructing in excess of 500 units per year.

In the six years at Parkridge as a director of the homes company, Leon and his team have successfully completed and sold over 25 sites ranging from four houses to 600,000 sq.ft. of mixed use developments.

In 2004 Leon was appointed Managing Director of the newly formed Parkridge Homes (Midlands) Ltd and headed the management buy-out to create Blythe Valley Holdings in 2006.

Anthony’s began his career in the industry over 20 years ago when he set up and ran his own building company.

After selling this company on, Anthony spent five years running Paramount Land and assembled and sold in excess of 200 acres now with permissions for residential and mixed use developments.

Anthony joined the Blythe Valley Group after the management buy-out from Parkridge as a valued equity partner and now overseas the majority of the land purchasing for the group.
